The first annual Libertas Learning Museum debuted at Trinity! Libertas students in grades K - 12 were recently invited to share a project, presentation or performance to highlight something they particularly enjoyed learning through their studies this year in the Libertas Preparatory Independent Study program at Trinity Classical Academy.
Teia Salvino, a student at Libertas Prep, swims at the Paseo Aquatics Club. She got some attention at the 2018 Novaquatics Speedo Grand Challenge at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center Pool in Irvine.
The Libertas Co-op Bible Class hosts students from grades 7-12 and is taught by Pastor Kevin Yi, who is also a Trinity Dad. Yi has been a youth pastor for the past 15 years. In addition to teaching from God's word, Pastor Yi is walking students through the book Understanding the Times by Dr. Jeff Meyers and Dr. David Noebel.
At Trinity, teachers are continuing their learning, even at something that might be considered mundane at other schools, like a faculty meeting.

September 18, 2018 - Libertas students did not expect to witness the miracle of birth when they went on a field trip to the LA County Fair. The fair has lots of sights and sounds and smells and tastes, and they had fun learning about blacksmiths and all the amazing things that they make. They also learned about leather work.
